APPLICATION PROCESS AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

2. All applications must be typed. Handwritten applications will not be
accepted.

3. The completed application containing all required documentation will
must be submitted via email to Admin@ShilohPlainfield.org no later
than Tuesday, May 21st

by US Mail (must be postmarked by Tuesday, May 21st) to:

4. Students who complete the application, meet all the listed criteria, and follow the application process and submission guidelines as listed will be entered into an interview process and considered for the A. Ross Brent Scholarship. Renewal applicants do not need to participate in the interview process.
